Breakfast back baby
Getting some contact with Daddy as he speedily eats breakfast so that he can play with me.
Laughing like crazy
I was sitting in my chair after a great dinner and I was in a great mood. Mommy came by clean the floor under my chair. When she popped back up I started laughing because I though that she was playing peekaboo with me. After that reaction, she stopped what she was doing and actually
Chatty chair
I had just finished my dinner and was sitting in my chair, brushing my teeth, and I was in a great mood. I just started talking to myself.
First picnic
The weather today was surprisingly warm for December, so we decided to go for a picnic. I was too young to enjoy a picnic when I was younger, but now that I can sit up on my own, we figured it was a good time to go. We found a nice spot in the park
Salmon
I tried salmon today. It was a bit fishy, but pretty good. It tastes good with rice. It is like a watery version of the salmon rice balls that Mommy and Daddy sometimes eat from the Japanese convenience stores.
Copy cat
Daddy was playing with me this morning and followed me around everywhere I went and copied everything I did. It was fun to play follow the leader. But we found out that just because something is cute when I do it, it doesn’t mean it will be cute when Daddy does it. When I sneak
Daddy’s foot
While doing my usual exploring, I came across Daddy’s foot. It has always been around, but I never took the time to really examine it. So that’s exactly what I did. It was hard to examine it because Daddy kept squirming. Something about my examination being ticklish. So the result of my examination is that
Placing first in my sleep
Doesn’t this look like I’m crossing the finish line first in some kind of race? I win!
Stroller nap
It has been a long time since I fell asleep in my stroller. Recently I am so curious about my surroundings that I am too stimulated to fall asleep. But today was sunny so Mommy pulled the shade down and then I drifted off to sleep.
Food sensor
When I sense food nearby, I just show up. I don’t get to have any, but I can still dream.
Half Birthday Photos
My half birthday photos are in! Even though I’m not smiling in them, I quite like them. Check out my hair! That was not styled! That’s just how my hair naturally ends up in the morning.
Finished eating
I love eating! I’m not so fond of finishing eating. And trust me, I’m being fed quite well. It’s not that I didn’t have enough to fill my stomach. I just don’t ever want to stop eating.
White sauce and sweet potato (separately)
I’m still eagerly trying new foods. And liking them! Look at how wide I open my mouth to eat new foods. It’s almost as if I already know I’ll like them.
Breaking through
Mommy and Daddy have been blocking my way to the kitchen with cushions. I broke through. I guess they have to think of a better barrier. I’m not your average 7-month-old baby.
