This is me watching Mommy leave for work. Surprisingly, I don’t cry when Mommy leaves for work. I guess it is because Mommy and Daddy went through great lengths to explain that Mommy would be returning at the end of the work day. I also remember when Daddy had to leave for work (instead of working from home) and he always came back. I’m not necessarily happy to see her go, but I try to send her off with a smile and a cheerful, “Itterashai” or “Have a good day at work!”
