I had a playdate with my friend again and we had saved a few strawberries from yesterday’s strawberry picking to shared with her. Coincidentally she brought some strawberries for us as well. So we had a strawberry playdate!
We had a lot of fun playing together and just in each other’s general vicinity. We always get along really well and I was really good at sharing with her. I shared my toys and she especially liked the Magna-tiles. She had never played with them before. While she play with that I did my own thing.
I also showed her the music box merry-go-round from Grandma and Grandpa and she really liked it! The two of us watched the horses go round and round, listened to the music and clapped along!
We played so much that she started to get sleepy and before we knew it she was fast asleep. I kept playing for a bit, but it was my naptime as well so I went through my routine and went down for my nap. I didn’t get to say goodbye to my friend, but I’m sure I’ll see her again soon. What a fun playdate!
