Unwinding in front of the TV
At the end of some days the first thing you get home you just want to relax and unwind in front of the TV.

I spent a lot of time at our park visit looking for grasshoppers, but I also managed to fit in some chase. I tend to like to chase others than be chased these days.
It started off as airplane on Daddy’s leg but now it is more of forward flip and I love it!
I’m getting much better at expressing my feelings at school, and I have less incidences of throwing, hitting, or biting. Instead I tell my teachers how I’m feeling, what I want to do and what I don’t want to do. When it is nap time and I don’t want to nap, I tell my teachers
We always enjoy lunch time at school! The school cook always does a great job making everything healthy and delicious. She also always has seconds on hand for us big eaters. It was so good that I gave it my thumbs up. (Yeah, I know it is not my thumb. I’m working on it.)
Part of our new going to school routine is I get to watch one kids’ song video at the beginning of our walk. It helps motivate me to leave the house and it puts a smile on my face at the beginning of the walk. And I’m very good about it only being one song.
I love my books and often have Mommy and Daddy read me books even when it is not time for my bedtime books. I’m always ready to read. I’m also always ready to eat. Daddy was so busy again today that he missed lunch. So he brought home the bento he had bought for lunch.
Today we started off our time at the park with chase again. Then we went looking for grasshoppers. Our teacher was able to find a small one for us. After observing the grasshopper for a bit, I ask my friend to hold hands and we went off in search of more adventures.
This morning when I got to school and was playing with one of my friends and he said, “Mama dakko” (Mommy carry me) and I responded with “Mama onbu” (Mommy piggy back me). And that was fun for us! We kept repeating that over and over again. Also at the park I would run up
Today on our way to the park we saw a bunch of Halloween decorations. I guess since it is already October we can expect to see a lot more Halloween related things. We were all really into the decorations, especially the inflatable jack-o-lantern. So cool! When we got to the park we had some fun
Today we walked to our affiliate school to pick some sweet potatoes in their garden. It was hard work, but we put our backs into it and picked a bunch of sweet potatoes. Our teachers helped and had us chanting “Untokosho, dokkoisho” to help us pull them out of the ground.
Yep, I’m still taking care of my Baby Mason. He was very thirsty this morning.
I like to cook with Daddy, but I’m not allowed to use the frying pan on the range. So I have to pretend to cook instead.
I like to play airplane with Daddy. I hop up on his legs and he moves them around so I can soar like an airplane. At least that’s how it started. It ended up with me learning that if I leaned forward he would launch me over him in a flip and have me land
