Mommy and I went for a walk to the park today. The weather was so nice that it was hard to stay indoors. Even though it was really hot, the fresh air was nice. We make sure to go out for at least a little bit every day. I found that there are a lot of nice places within walking distance of our house. We can get to many different parks, supermarkets, train stations, and even a shopping mall. Very convenient.
Poor Daddy was stuck at home doing some work. He didn’t get to go on today’s walk, but at least he didn’t get all hot and sweaty. I had to get toweled down when I got home. Man, this summer heat is brutal.
