We had lunch at a restaurant and the dessert that came with it was a chocolate cake for kids. It wasn’t too sweet and made from rice flour, which is why I wasn’t a big fan of it. I said that it was “Shoppai” or salty. I think it was because I don’t really know the word for bitter. It was not sweet but cocoa-y. I haven’t had much experience with chocolate, but I’m sure I’ll come around.
