I still had a fever today, so I had to stay home from school. Daddy took the day off to watch me. We had a great time. We played, watched videos, chatted a lot, and just had a great time.
I didn’t really act sick. You would never have guessed that I was sick if it weren’t for my fever.
But I was more tired than usual. In the afternoon I was looking a bit run down so Daddy suggested that we relax in bed a bit. I didn’t want to take a nap, but lying down sounded nice.
I ended up napping.
The day of “rest” was good for me and my fever was gone by the evening. And it almost appeared like I was faking my sickness the whole time because I did not act like I was sick.
