It was a hot sunny day today, so we made it into a pool day. Since summer is almost over there were some summer blowout sales and Daddy found some beach toy trucks for me. Even though we weren’t at the beach and didn’t have any sand, I had fun with them in my pool.
After we came inside, it took some convincing to get me to put some clothes on. It was still pretty hot even though we had the AC on.
The sun was really intense today and it wore Mommy out. She ended up taking a nap while Daddy and I played with Lego. But I didn’t want her to miss out on the fun, so I gave her some Lego to play with. And I occasionally stopped by to give her a hug.
She was later reenergized thanks to her nap and we had fun roughhousing together. She spun me around until her arms were tired. And we wrestled a bit on the floor. This was much more fun than playing with Lego!
