Working from home
New chair
I got a new chair today! It is nice to have a Mason size chair that I can sit in without any help. That way I can play, read a book, watch TV, etc. all from the comfort of my own little chair. Now all I need is my own little table to go withContinue reading “New chair”
Buckle up
I’m still working on buckling myself in by myself. This buckle interest has been going on for a while now. I examine all the buckles around me, my chair, stroller, carrier, buckles on Mommy and Daddy’s bags…everything! I’m still not completely grasping which piece goes where, but I’m getting there.
Chugging juice
Tickle time and story time
Being fished and not happy about it
Morning: book, breakfast, play, TV, relax
Rainy Day: Indoor ball time
It was rainy today so we couldn’t go for our walk. Still, I had fun playing with balls in school! Our teacher sang to us and we matched the rhythm and drummed on the balls!
Happy to see my teacher
Today when Daddy dropped me off I smiled when I saw my teacher and even leaned over to her when it was time to be handed off. I just can’t wait to join my classmates and teachers. It is hard to believe just a few weeks ago when I would be gripping Daddy’s shirt forContinue reading “Happy to see my teacher”
Telling Daddy how it is
Baby gym
My baby gym is pretty cool. It transforms. It started off as a mobile with characters circling above me. Then it became a play panel with a lot of buttons for me to push. And now I stand next to it and push a bunch of buttons. But it can be a bit in theContinue reading “Baby gym”
Practicing feeding myself
I still practice feeding myself every so often. I do pretty good, but it is a lot slower and a lot more work for me. I rather have food shoveled into my mouth for me so all I have to do is chew and follow. Although, learning to feed myself will be beneficial in theContinue reading “Practicing feeding myself”
No bye-bye
Daddy is trying to get me to wave bye-bye to Mommy. I’m not cooperating. Can’t he see that I’m eating?
Happy to be home
When I get dropped off at school I have no expression. No smiles or cries, just a resting face. When I get picked up, same thing. I’m happy to see Mommy but there is no expression on my face. But when I get home, it is all smiles! Then I realize I’m hungry and thenContinue reading “Happy to be home”
Arts & Crafts and playing with blocks
We did arts and crafts at school today. Some kids didn’t like paint on their hands, but I didn’t mind too much. I thought it felt quite interesting. I was more into the feel of paint on my hand than the art project. We also played with blocks and our teacher showed us how toContinue reading “Arts & Crafts and playing with blocks”
Stranger danger?
The older kids in my nursery school at their weekly remote English lesson today. All the kids in my class lined up along the partition to take a peek at what was going on. We were very curious. But I was more wary than intrigued. When I saw the English teacher appear on screen IContinue reading “Stranger danger?”
Glasses and phone for Daddy, Rubik’s cube for me
Whenever I find Daddy’s glasses lying around, I like to give it to him so that he can put them on. I like to be helpful. Every so often when I come across my toy phone I give it to Daddy so that he can answer the call. I don’t think I ever saw himContinue reading “Glasses and phone for Daddy, Rubik’s cube for me”
Toy box, sneezing, runny nose
I enjoying going through my toy box. The contents don’t really change, but it is good to take inventory and make sure everything is where it is supposed to be.
Itterashai
This is me watching Mommy leave for work. Surprisingly, I don’t cry when Mommy leaves for work. I guess it is because Mommy and Daddy went through great lengths to explain that Mommy would be returning at the end of the work day. I also remember when Daddy had to leave for work (instead ofContinue reading “Itterashai”
