I think I mentioned how I like to follow Mommy and Daddy everywhere they go. I also mentioned how I like to watch the laundry in the washing machine. Well, today I followed Daddy when he went to get the laundry out of the washer and decided to help him hang the laundry. I can’t
I like my chair where I can eat, but the best seats are on Mommy and Daddy. I feel so comfortable and happy!
I love eating, but I can become very sad when the food is gone and the meal comes to an end. I express that I still want to eat, but I am told that the food is gone and then I’m given my toothbrush so I usually calm down. Sometimes, I am full and satisfied
Like most babies, I am always trying to get my hand on the remote control. We babies find them very interesting. Mommy and Daddy try to keep it away from me because I try to chew on it. Every so often when they leave the remote control within my reach and I can get my
I’ve been sleeping really well lately. For a little more than a week now, I have been sleeping straight through the night. I don’t even wake up for my midnight bottle anymore. I usually sleep about 11 or 12 hours. I wake up in the middle of the night a few times, but I always
The swing is by far the funnest thing in the park! I like the slide and I like exploring, but nothing can beat the thrill of riding on the swing! It is like I’m flying! I love it!
I’m still working on walking. It is a little bit more of a challenge at the park because there is not much to hold on to, and I have to wear shoes, which feels different. I do okay, but I don’t take steps as actively as I do at home.
I like reading a lot. Usually I have Mommy or Daddy read to me, but recently I like to read on my own. I have a lot of books that are just the right size and just the right reading level for me. I have a feeling that I’m going to become an avid reader
Did you know that there are these things called drawers and cabinets that hold all kinds of secrets in them? I’m discovering more and more of them around the house. I’m also getting close to opening them. I’m going to have to do so without Mommy or Daddy seeing otherwise they’re going to put locks
I really like brushing my teeth. Even when all the tasty toothpaste is gone, I still like the feeling of the silicon brush on my teeth. My bedtime routine has gotten bit longer now that I brush my teeth. I don’t want to stop brushing, so coaxing the toothbrush away from me takes some time
I like helping with the laundry by taking all the clothes out of the laundry basket. But sometimes I take the laundry out of the laundry basket after it has been folded. Oops. I’m just trying to help. Today I got to it before it was folded, so I actually helped this time.
You know the drill. I tried some new food and liked it. I tried scallops and I also tried hiratake. Everything tastes so good that I’m wondering if I’m really eating new food. I think that Mommy and Daddy might just be giving me the same good stuff and just calling it different names. Well,
I like to wander and explore, and I’m given a lot of freedom as long as I’m being monitored. But sometimes Mommy and Daddy want me to come back to the living room. Instead of picking me up and bringing me to the living room, they can just call me and I usually want to
Recently I end up playing here in my play nook a lot. The reason is that it is where my toy box is, but it is also a cozy little area next to the window so I get a lot of natural light when I play. It is a very relaxing place to be.
Mommy and Daddy put me in my bed lengthwise but I always manage to turn myself sideways. Or I tuck myself all the way against the edge of the crib or in the corner. I guess I prefer tight spaces.
I have baby soft skin, but it is very sensitive, so I make sure to moisturize after my bath for skin care.
