Daddy and I dropped Mommy off for an appointment and when we got home he was very surprised, if not shocked, by what he saw. I had a severe bloody nose. The air has been very dry and I often pick my nose. I guess I went mining a little to deep. I didn’t sayContinue reading “Bloody nose”

Curious George, school bus cleaning, making lunch
I have my favorite videos on Super Simple Songs and I also like watch Tayo which is about a bus and Titipo which is about a train. However, recently, I started to like to watch Curious George as well. Since the shows are a bit longer, I usually only watch Curious George on the weekends.Continue reading “Curious George, school bus cleaning, making lunch”

Walk and prefectural office visit
We went for a nice walk today and saw a lot of pretty plum blossoms. We also visited the prefectural office top floor so that we could see out into the city. There were so many cars to see that I was very excited and happy. I was, however, a bit difficult when we gotContinue reading “Walk and prefectural office visit”
Construction site at the park
Today at the park I played construction site. I dug holes like and excavator and then covered them up like a bulldozer. I narrated what I was doing by saying, “Pouring sand” and “Hardening the cement”. My friends joined in and we had a very busy construction site.
Dancing in the elevator hall
When Mommy came to pick me up from school today, I did a cute little dance for her. She wanted to get in on camera so asked me to do it again, but I insisted on seeing the video even though she hadn’t taken it yet. I finally did a mini version of the original,Continue reading “Dancing in the elevator hall”
Valentine’s Day dessert
Mommy went through a lot of trouble making me a special healthy Valentine’s day dessert: Banana cocoa shake. I appreciate the effort, but if I’m being honest, I did not really like it. It was a bit bitter from the cocoa. Thank you for thought and effort, Mommy!
Cooking and chasing at the park
We played in the sand a lot today and “cooked” a lot of food. A lot of us made curry. We also ran around a lot and played chase. I asked my teacher to be “it” and chase us, but then when she chased me I told her “Stop! Don’t chase me!” She asked meContinue reading “Cooking and chasing at the park”
Valentine’s Day card
I got a really cool Valentine’s Day card from Nana and Papa. Somehow they always find greeting cards that have awesome cars in them. I don’t know how they do it. It always makes me happy to get cards from them. I can’t wait for the next one. Thank you, Nana and Papa! And happyContinue reading “Valentine’s Day card”

“I love you, Mommy”
Telling Daddy that I love Mommy and then telling Mommy directly…again and again.
Walking the line
Today at the park we ran around a lot. At one point our teacher drew train tracks for us to follow and we happily walked the line. We also pretended to be dinosaurs. We roared and chased each other around. I had so much fun being a dinosaur that before our nap I told myContinue reading “Walking the line”
Serious baby face
I think my face has changed a lot from when I was a newborn baby. But every so often you catch a glimpse of the baby face I once had.
Park
At the park today, Daddy and I were arguing about who would go on the slide first. Daddy suggested we play janken (rock paper scissors), probably thinking that he would win easily. He was so wrong. I repeatedly beat him. It was actually quite amazing. Either I’m really good at janken or Daddy is reallyContinue reading “Park”

Cooking help
As usual, when I found out that Daddy was cooking, I volunteered to help out.
Decorating bedroom with stars and moons
Playing with stuffed animals
One little, two little, three little cars
Singing “One little, two little, three little cars” while playing with my cars in my dump truck.
Babyhood reminiscing
Every so often I rediscover my baby toys and start playing with them. There is a bit of reminiscent nostalgia that I enjoy. It makes it hard to get rid of old toys because Mommy and Daddy cannot claim that I don’t play with them anymore. Everything actually does get played with at some time.
