It was another nice evening for eating watermelons outside. I ate a lot again and had a ball spitting the seeds out. It is not often when I’m allowed to spit.

Then Daddy and I chilled and hung out.

Then things just got silly.

After our watermelon dessert outside I helped clear the dinner table.

And I even wiped the table. I wanted to be helpful and earn my keep. (I also wanted my allowance.)

After all the cleaning was done, I took Mommy and Daddy for a drive.

Just playing.

Having an indoor picnic! I was cooking so it was better not to do it in a wooded area.

At the park I chased some butterflies.

And to everyone’s surprise actually caught one all on my own!

I chased Daddy a bunch.

Then we played on the bug rockers.

At home I made a Tomica Town with a lot of emergency vehicles on standby.

There is always so much fun stuff to do at school. We are always playing indoors and outdoors.

The rainy season is going to start this month, but I’m not worried. I like my umbrella and rain gear.

I’m still eating really well at school and at home. I have favorites, of course, but I pretty much eat everything served to me. In the next few summer months I hope to eat a lot of corn on the cob. It is so sweet and crunchy!

We had a couple of rainy days this week.

But we had some nice weather days too, where we could run around outside in our school grounds.

No matter the weather, I can always play with my cars at home on our city rug.

I find a lot of fun ways to play in the bath too.

I play so hard that I sometimes have a hard time waking up in the morning.

But I usually sleep quite well…but Daddy often looks tired. Maybe his bed is not as comfy as mine.

I’m very independent at school. I can do so many things on my own. Such as put on my shoes, put away my backpack, and even go pee-pee on my own.

Every so often I get a special dinner like pizza, and I can watch a movie! I love those special nights. It usually comes with a dessert too.

Yum!

There are still things that I can’t do on my own, like cut my nails. Daddy does that for me.

Even with all the different things I can do on my own, I don’t want to grow up too fast. I want to stay Mommy and Daddy’s little boy as long as I can. And as much as Mommy and Daddy love watching me grow up, I think they are going to miss the days when I still needed them.

For now, we are all just treasuring our little moments together.

It was a nice warm day and was starting to feel a bit like summer so I suggested we get some watermelon to eat outside after dinner. It was a refreshing dessert! Not only was the watermelon super sweet, but we all had fun spitting the seeds out as far as we could.

We also played with some fireworks a bit when it got dark.

They weren’t quite as spectacular as the fireworks we saw in Hawaii, but it was still pretty fun!

I let Daddy handle the fire and fireworks this time.

I love playing with my cooking set. I can make so many delicious things. I am also really good at prep work, cutting and chopping. Some of my creations may not sound great, combinations like kiwi, fish, and broccoli soup, but don’t knock it till you’ve tried it. Mommy and Daddy really like my cooking!

We headed to the park today! Not only did I want to play outside, but I wanted to eat my snack outside. I had a strawberry donut that needed to be enjoyed outdoors.

After my snack I drove my Mercedes all over the park. I even went off road quite a bit.

After a lot of driving I played around the park with Daddy. We ran around, played on the rockers, and played on the slide a bunch!

Today I had a reunion with my old pals from my previous nursery school. We are good friends and even though I like my new school, I miss my friends. I talk about them often, sometimes randomly bringing up stories about the good times we had.

When we all met up, it was a bit awkward at first. We didn’t really know how to act together.

But then we warmed up quickly and it was just like old times. We played at the park for quite a long time. We ran around, played with balls, played with bubbles, looked for bugs, and chatted a lot.

After a nice morning playing together we went to lunch together. We had a great time there! We all are good eaters and cleaned our plates. I was the only one to bring toys so I shared them with my friends. Mommy and Daddy were very proud of me for doing that.

Lunch was over way too soon.

We headed home, parting ways at different times.

It was so nice to see them! I hope I get to see them again soon!

Ugh, hard to get going on Monday mornings.

Tuesday mornings are a bit easier to get going. I even managed to fry a (toy) egg.

But the midweek hump, is tough too.

A quick drink from the vending machine is just what we all need for a boost.

Some days I’m feeling a bit silly when I get to school.

Even though mornings are tough, I always have a lot of energy to play the moment right I get home.

With Daddy’s help, I gained some energy and smiles on the way to school

Being silly again!

It is nice to have a lot of space to sleep, but it is also nice to have a warm pillow too!

I started off the day cooking with Daddy! We made a delicious breakfast for Mommy!

I played a lot with my cooking set. I even made a super market conveyor belt to buy food.

Then when playing with Mommy I needed to silence her. In a very giggly way.

We went to the park today and had a lot of fun running aroun.

After the park, Mommy and I got smoothies as treats! Thank you, Daddy!
