I’ve started to take a seat during my baths recently. I realized that standing throughout can be tiring and sitting reminds me of playing in my wading pool.

I decided to get in some floor cleaning before dinner. But I completely ignored the fact that I need a wet or dry sheet to do that. I was fine without it.

We were at the store shopping and I just got ants in my stroller and wanted to get out. So I ended up practicing walking.

Little by little I’m getting used to wearing my hat. Especially when it is sunny and I feel that it is necessary. Also I hear that I look really cute in my hat. Okay, I guess I’ll wear it for fashion’s sake as well.

Mommy and Daddy have been giving me my doggy (previously Mommy’s doggy “House”) to nap and sleep with. Sometimes he comforts me and helps me sleep and sometimes I toss him aside because I associate him with going to bed. We don’t know when I’m going to stand or walk so it seems that I always have a camera on me hoping to capture the moment. Alas, a lot of footage of a busy morning, but no walking.

I’ll play with my cars all over the place. Even when it looks like I’m sleepy and ready for a nap, I’ll still play with my cars.

Can cushions be fun? Yes. They are nice soft and fun.

I’m usually so busy moving around that I don’t have time to sit in my chair unless someone plants it right in front of the TV. But every so often I just need a break and need a place to sit. It is at these times that I appreciate my chair.

I sometimes throw mini tantrums when I get frustrated or upset about something. It is hard to be a baby and not be able to communicate what you want. I pretty much play with my Legos every day. That means that they are almost always scattered on the floor. But from time to time I actually make an effort to put them back into the box. (Only to dump them back out again, but still, it is progress.)

Our teachers at nursery school brought out the mats for us to play with. We had a lot of fun climbing, tumbling and rolling around. For some reason we bunched up when we played and bumped up against each other quite a bit, but that was part of the fun!
