Today we went for a walk to the prefectural office. I requested to hold my teachers hand today. I like the contact. At the prefectural office we all got excited about the menu at the restaurant. We did a lot of pretend eating but I did not get full at all. Back at school ourContinue reading

House in my pants
Um…yeah…House is in my pants.
Riding the elevator and escalator with Daddy
Today was a rainy day so we had indoor activities at school. During our rhythmic activity we practiced galloping. It is easier than skipping but much harder than just running. We did pretty good and burned a lot of calories. We were quite exhausted after we were done. We also did some crafts. It willContinue reading
Watching Despicable Me
I try to watch movies here and there. Some movies I love instantly, like Totoro and the Lego Movies. Other movies I try to watch over and over again, but never get through it, like Cars and Finding Nemo. Today we watched Despicable Me and I loved it. I watched the whole thing and wasContinue reading “Watching Despicable Me”
Taking House to the park
Today I wanted to bring House to the park with me. I felt bad leaving him home alone. So I packed him in my backpack and off we went. He had a fun time watching me play at the park. I also brought my toy pickup truck. I had fun playing with it on theContinue reading “Taking House to the park”
Playing the jug
I saw George playing a jug by blowing air across the top. Daddy showed me how it worked and I was very eager to try. But could not get it to work. It just looks like I’m having a midday drink. I’ll keep working on it. The jug playing, not the drinking.
Toast and pastries
Every so often we like to go out for breakfast. There is this nice coffee shop that offers free toast and hardboiled eggs with a drink order. The food is great, and Mommy and Daddy seem to enjoy the coffee a lot. But I like it even more when Mommy orders a pastry with iceContinue reading “Toast and pastries”

Daddy explains why ice floats
I’m a very curious boy and I ask a lot of questions. Sometimes they are very difficult questions to answer when explaining to a two year old. I asked Daddy why ice floats. Daddy did his best to explain it to me and I did my best to understand…but it didn’t stick. So Daddy revertedContinue reading “Daddy explains why ice floats”
Face changing cork
Did you know that Daddy has a magic cork that changes your face just by touching it to your nose? It really works. Watch.
We decided to go to the park and I wanted to try out Daddy’s shoes. It turns out that I’m still not big enough for them, so I just wore my own shoes and off to the park we went. I had fun playing on the slide and playing follow the leader with Daddy. WeContinue reading
Bloody nose
Daddy and I dropped Mommy off for an appointment and when we got home he was very surprised, if not shocked, by what he saw. I had a severe bloody nose. The air has been very dry and I often pick my nose. I guess I went mining a little to deep. I didn’t sayContinue reading “Bloody nose”
Curious George, school bus cleaning, making lunch
I have my favorite videos on Super Simple Songs and I also like watch Tayo which is about a bus and Titipo which is about a train. However, recently, I started to like to watch Curious George as well. Since the shows are a bit longer, I usually only watch Curious George on the weekends.Continue reading “Curious George, school bus cleaning, making lunch”

Walk and prefectural office visit
We went for a nice walk today and saw a lot of pretty plum blossoms. We also visited the prefectural office top floor so that we could see out into the city. There were so many cars to see that I was very excited and happy. I was, however, a bit difficult when we gotContinue reading “Walk and prefectural office visit”
Construction site at the park
Today at the park I played construction site. I dug holes like and excavator and then covered them up like a bulldozer. I narrated what I was doing by saying, “Pouring sand” and “Hardening the cement”. My friends joined in and we had a very busy construction site.
Dancing in the elevator hall
When Mommy came to pick me up from school today, I did a cute little dance for her. She wanted to get in on camera so asked me to do it again, but I insisted on seeing the video even though she hadn’t taken it yet. I finally did a mini version of the original,Continue reading “Dancing in the elevator hall”
Valentine’s Day dessert
Mommy went through a lot of trouble making me a special healthy Valentine’s day dessert: Banana cocoa shake. I appreciate the effort, but if I’m being honest, I did not really like it. It was a bit bitter from the cocoa. Thank you for thought and effort, Mommy!
