I really love fruits! There are a lot of fruits in season right now and that means that I can eat fruit salad after almost every meal. That’s what I look forward to. The whole reason I eat my meal is to get to the fruit salad. Yum!
Today we decided to go out for breakfast. We went to a place that had a breakfast buffet that Mommy and Daddy went to a few times when Mommy was pregnant with me and was very very hungry all the time. I really enjoyed it! I hadn’t had an all-you-can-eat experience for breakfast before. The best thing was that it was free for kids under 3! I made it worth the trip in the rain to the restaurant!
I still wake up in the middle of the night quite often and ask to be taken to Mommy and Daddy’s bed. Since we share a room they can’t just wait for me to fall back asleep because I can see them. So the oblige me and we all have a nice peaceful sleep. Sure, they might get a foot or two in the face as I roll around, but I sure get a nice sleep.
Just a typical walk home with Mommy. I saw a lot of things and pointed them out to Mommy. I got distracted here and there. The usual walk home.
When we got home I went straight to playing with my cars until it was dinner time. My usual routine.
Today we played with bubbles at the park and I had a great time! I ran around a lot chasing down those bubbles. But I got a bit tired so I chilled out with a friend and exchanged flowers that we found.
I’m always thrilled when I spot Daddy coming home from work! I light up and call out “Dada!” Then I resume my eating.
Our teacher told us to sit down before our lesson today, so I did as I was told. I was a very good boy. And I still paid attention during the whole lesson.
I was playing Daddy car crash with Daddy when I had an idea to get a new car to crash, namely Mommy. It sounded like a great idea, but when I tried to on her back I realized that she was a compact car with a smaller frame and not as sturdy as a Daddy car during a crash. I aborted the crash and just stuck with what worked.
Now that the weather is much warmer, there are a lot of bugs all over the place. We like to look for them when we go on our walks. But the bugs must be getting smarter because they seem to make themselves scarce when we come around.
I played trains with my doggy today. We were having fun but then I got distracted by the clear plastic cover of my other train set. It was see through! So I saw through it!
Today our teachers gave us sheets of paper with all kinds of vehicles on them and circles. We were told to put some circle stickers in the circle spaces. We did similar sticker activities before but we are much better at it now. We were able to put most of our stickers in the right place. Not only was it fun, but we got to take the sticker activity sheets home! Mommy and Daddy were very proud of my work.
Sometimes in the morning I just want to zone out and not think about anything. It helps me reboot and get ready for the day.
I wanted to do Daddy car crash again today, but Daddy started adding Mason smash to it. It was a lot of fun to be smashed by Daddy after the crash. It was even funnier when he tried to smash me after I escaped. But I felt bad that he had no one to smash so I went back and let him smash me.
On our walk we found so beetles so our teachers showed them to us. We were all very interested in the bugs and had a good look at them before we continued on our walk.
