French Toast

I had finished my breakfast when I noticed that Mommy and Daddy’s breakfast looked and smelled pretty good. So I asked for some nicely and they shared a piece with me. I tasted it and loved it! I ended up eating two whole pieces. It was a very tasty second breakfast.

Advent Calendar

Even though I’m starting a day late, I opened the first two doors of my advent calendar. I was so excited! Mommy and Daddy got me a Hot Wheels advent calendar! Not every door reveals a car, but apparently there are eight of them. That is more than enough for me. I’m so happy!

Eating on the go

I had a nice long sleep, but that meant that I woke up a bit late. Daddy had to rush to get me ready for school, but somehow we made it in time. Although I needed to finish my breakfast on the way to school. Also, it was a bit cold so Daddy lent me his hat. It looks pretty good on me, doesn’t it?

Knows nose

Mommy and Daddy were chatting when I was having my dinner and I was very into my food. They thought I wasn’t listening, but they don’t realized that I’m always listening. I kept eating while they talked and then I heard Daddy say something along the lines of “Mason knows so many words now.” When I heard that I touched my nose. That reason is that I just picked up the “Mason nose” part so I touched my nose to show Mommy and Daddy that I knew that word. They thought it was very cute and smart. It seems like I impressed them with my listening and vocabulary skills, even though I don’t have a complete understanding of homophones. I guess I’ll pick it up the more I learn to speak.

Trying to be a good student

I’ve been trying to be a good student recently. I can now sit still and not look bored out of my mind when at school. But like many students, I’m not really interested in class, I’m just waiting until I can go outside.

Outside is where I get my real education, observing and learning about animals and vehicles around me.

Masonsaurus is back

It is getting quite brisk in the morning so Daddy puts my hat on in the morning on the way to school. As usual, I won’t wear it in the house, where it is warm. I will only put it on after we step outside into the cold. Daddy doesn’t understand why. He thinks that my hat is so cute that I should wear it all the time.

Waking up with my doggy

Recently I’ve been quite attached to my doggy. I always go to bed with him and often want him with me when I wake up. I like to hold him and cuddle with him, and just have him nearby.

He’s my bedtime buddy and I like having him around, but he is not my security blanket. For the most part I don’t interact with him much besides bedtime and waking up in the morning. I like spending time with him, but I don’t need to have him with me all the time. I’m sure that even my doggy has plans and things to do. We are both independent enough to spend time apart.

In the back of the class

I’ve been better at paying attention in class these days. I actually sit still and don’t look bored out of my mind. But, that doesn’t mean I’m really into the sit down lessons. Maybe that’s why I’m in the back of the class.

Classes are fine and all, but I much rather be playing or out on a walk. I still love looking at buses and other vehicles go by.
