Fill ‘er up please!

My classmates and I had another great time climbing mats at school today! It is an activity that we never get tired of!

I was a very good boy on got ready for school quite quickly. I’m actually pretty good most of the time and don’t really give Daddy a hard time. It is nice to get ready quickly and have some time to relax and take it easy.

Practicing drinking from a cup, kanpai-ing with a cup, and just having a cup.
Okay, I’m done. Up, please.
I’m having way too much fun playing with the microwave door. Mommy and Daddy are going to have to keep a close eye on me now.
Playing around and exposing Mommy’s knees. So funny!
Yes, it is snack time and yes I’m hungry. Let’s get that chair ready.

Mommy made a special cookie for me, but I opted to eat the more familiar pancake first.
After I finished the pancake Mommy offered me her homemade cookies again. I tried some, but I wanted fruit instead.
Poor Mommy. She went through all the trouble of making me a special cookie and I wanted to just eat my familiar snacks. I appreciate the effort, but for now simple snacks are more my taste.
I tried nameko today. It was…well…it was a slimy mushroom. I ate it anyway.
When we got to the park I headed straight for the slides. I surprised Mommy by climbing up the stairs all by myself. She was there ready to catch me, but I didn’t stumble at all.

After playing on the slides and swings, we moved on to another park that was much bigger so I had a lot of space to walk around and explore.

After a very full day of fun yesterday and a late bedtime because we got home so late due to traffic in the aquarium parking lot (it took an hour to leave our parking spot), I woke up pretty late today. Also, it is a holiday, so I’m allowed to sleep in.
I think all the excitement threw my sleep off because I woke up early in the morning, about 4 or so. So Mommy took me out to the living room to put me back to sleep. That’s why I woke up on the couch. But I woke up in a good mood.

I had my first aquarium visit today! We went to an aquarium nearby called Marine World. I had a great time! There were so many new things to see! Awesome!

Things did not start off so great because the first part of the aquarium started with a dark room and the loud sound of waves crashing. Not very welcoming.
Things got better from there. I was really interested in all the different sea animals swimming, floating, and crawling around in the tanks.

I like eggs and I like tofu, so of course I’ll love egg tofu. But then again, I love pretty much all food to begin with.

I’m not going to buy anything. I’m just window shopping. Lucky for Mommy and Daddy that I don’t understand the concept of shopping and asking them to buy something for me. I was more than happy just to play with the toys in the store and look at all the Anpanman products available.
Although this video is just a small excerpt of my window shopping. I was up and down that aisle many times and I took out those buses and other vehicles to play with a lot.

I’m very good at copying things that I see. I often play phone with my toy phone because I have seen Mommy and Daddy play with it the same way. I can also play phone with real phones. The strange thing is that Mommy and Daddy don’t talk on their phones very often so I wonder where I learned how to do this? Then again, I hold up a lot of long rectangular objects up to my ear and play phone. Remote controls, stamp pads, eyeglass cases…maybe I just coincidentally actually used a real phone to play phone.

I was wandering around and found Daddy’s video game controller. I pressed a bunch of buttons and turned it on. I didn’t know how to use it so I gave it to Daddy and made him play something. I was intrigued. I can’t wait until I’m old enough to play video games with Daddy. I’m sure he can’t wait too!

We visited the park today and I was all over the place. First I had a snack on the bench and then I swung on the swings with Mommy.

I went down the slides several times, both of them. It was the first time I went down the twisty one. I quite liked it!

Then I walked around. I walked all over the place. I even walked right out of the park for a moment.
