Slipping mat
The more I stand, the more I learn about different lazy ways to stand. So if lean up against something it takes a lot less energy and concentration to stand. But if I’m at the edge of the mat, it starts to slip. That’s kind of fun too!
Elbows off the table

Despite my bad table manners, I would like to point out that my elbows are off the table.
Atten-SHUN!
While I was eating dinner I would perk up and straighten out my posture from time to time. I was trying to sit up straight but didn’t hold the position for long. So Daddy started to call for attention. I did it a little. I thought it was fun game! I guess I’m not yet ready for the military.
Anpanman Inari Sushi

After all the excitement of finding Anpanman inari sushi at the supermarket, I am sad to say that I didn’t really like it. Maybe it was the texture, maybe it was the flavor, or maybe it was biting into the face of my favorite character, I don’t know, but I did not like it. I kept spitting it out. It was disappointing after all that anticipation. Mommy and Daddy tried it and quite liked it. Maybe it is just too much of a grown-up flavor and texture for my baby palate.
And here we thought that I liked all foods. This is officially the first food that I don’t like, despite the Anpanman endorsement. Anpanman, I’m disappointed in you. I feel like you are selling out.
Stopping by the park

We stopped by the park on the way home and I was so happy! Look at that smile!

Grocery shopping
I went grocery shopping with Daddy and was really excited! There was so much food! Sure, I couldn’t buy all of it or even eat all of it if we did, but one can dream. It was just exciting to see so much food in one place.
I helped Daddy do his shopping, finding the items he was looking for and helping him make educated decisions on he product choices. Hmmm, low-cholesterol…looks good. This one, Daddy.

I even did some grocery shopping for myself. I found some Anpanman endorsed products. I got so excited that Daddy just had to get it for me. It isn’t candy or anything like that. It is just wraps for inari sushi that had Anpanman characters on it. I carried it with me throughout the supermarket. The cashier even gave it back to me after she scanned it. She must have known that this was important to me.

Walking practice

More Relaxing

Chilling on the couch (with Mommy as a pillow). I’m actually bothering her as she tries to take a nap after waking up early in the morning with me. So Daddy set up my chair in front of the TV to give her some peace and quiet.
Mat and curtain
Daddy tried to set up a mat to be like the play mats I have at school. It is not the same. He used a yoga mat on cushions but we have gym mats at school. It was a nice try, but I wasn’t that into it.
I was more into the curtain flapping in the wind.
Got a tomato

I like to help Daddy water the plants outside and have recently noticed that there are a lot of red ripe mini tomatoes. I like to pick the ones that are near me. Daddy has to warn me not to put them in my mouth because I could choke on them. But he cuts them up for me and I happily eat them! I hear that a lot of kids don’t like tomatoes, but I think they are pretty tasty!
Relaxing morning

Milk before bed

I like my milk before bed. It is very tasty and quite filling, holding me over until the morning. But I’m aware that it is a sign that it is almost bedtime, so I try to squeeze in some more play time while I can.

Bath splashes

Musical mini bounces

I like to bounce along to music, even the short tunes that come from my toys. It must have looked like fun because Daddy decided to join me.
Excited about my jumping book “Pyon!”
I have a cute little book all about animals jumping. It is called “Pyon!” I really REALLY get into it and join in on all the action. “Pyon!”
Lego box head

If I do it once I’m bound to repeat it. Lego box head returns.
Couch toss
Today we were having fun when Daddy was tossing me on the couch. I really enjoyed it until I wanted something else. What I wanted, I don’t quite know. I just wasn’t happy about something. I think I liked the tossing, but I wanted something more.
Around and around the chair I go
Happy that Mommy is home
I was so happy to see that Mommy was home that I completely disregarded my safety and headed straight for her and fell of the table in the process. But Mommy, being my great mommy, caught me! Nice catch, Mommy!
