Tonight I wanted to read books like a teacher so instead of Daddy reading to me I read to him. And I did a really good job, get almost all the pages correct.

I wanted corn tonight and I poured it myself. I wonder if we have any more?

We were heading out to the park again today, but I was running around our carport for a bit to warm up before we left.

At the park I tried to catch some butterflies but they were to fast and fluttery to catch. Daddy caught a couple and showed them to me before we let them go.

I ran around a stone path with Daddy, pretending to be trains. We had so much fun going around and around.

We also played catch. I’m doing a lot better at catching and throwing.

Daddy made a special breakfast for Mommy and me. He made honey toast! Usually you are supposed to use an unsliced loaf of bread, but since we didn’t have that he just stacked the bread. It was still very delicious and actually a lot easier to eat! We finished the whole thing! Thank you, Daddy!

I really like corn and especially like corn on the cob. But Daddy has a particular way of eating corn on the cob sometimes. There are times when he doesn’t want to get all the kernels stuck in his teeth so he picks them off the cob. I also don’t like to get corn in my teeth so I decided to let Daddy take the kernels off my corn for me. I ate them so quickly.

After the petting zoo, we headed to the train station to meet Baaba and Obachan who were coming to visit me. While waiting for them we decided to pick up snacks for everyone so we went to the bakery and picked up some pastries and donuts. (The donut was for me). At the house we had our snacks and I really enjoyed the donut.

After our snack, I showed them my Mercedes. They were very impressed with my driving skills. But then I started to act silly and while driving I lost my shoes. Oops! It was very funny!

Back indoors I did some coloring and some studying. I tried my hand at a writing workbook that Nana and Papa got me. It was still a bit too hard for me, but I’m sure I’ll pick it up soon.

I played with a bunch of other things and finished off with some stickers that I found.

I’m such a big boy that I kind of outgrew my carseat. We got me a booster seat to replace the carseat that I have been using since I was an infant. I was very happy to sit in my booster seat. It was a lot more comfortable and I can see a lot more too.

There was a special event at the park today where the veterinary college brought some of their animals for a mini petting zoo. Mommy had to work this morning so Daddy and I met her at the park.
There were a lot of cool animals to pet and touch. Even while waiting in line to touch animals we got to touch a snake.
Of all the animals to touch I liked touching the tortoise the most. It was hard and rough, but not as slow as I thought it would be.

We got to hold a guinea pig for a while too. It was very calm and so cute. I liked petting it and looking at it.

There was a turtle that was trying to climb out of his box. I think he wanted to get out to run around the park and play with me.

I was so active today that I had a big dinner tonight and I ate it all up. It was a happy dinner with a lot of courses. I like to have variety some times.

Today we had a lot of indoor activities. We drew a lot of pictures. We drew rain because it was a rainy day.
We had gymnastics class today. I often sit out and only observe gymnastics class but today i joined in. It was mainly floor activities so it was a easier for me to join in.

I am a happy boy! I had dessert today. I wasn’t necessarily happy because I had dessert. I just was both happy and had dessert.

At the park we played with bubbles, played with balls, and played in the sand. We ran around a lot, laughed a lot, and used our imagination. We had so much fun!

It might not be the best habit, but I like to watch TV shows while eating breakfast, even on school days. It is the easiest way to get me to wake up in the morning, but sometimes I can be distracted by TV and slow to finish my breakfast. That’s why the TV goes off at a certain time and I have to focus on finishing breakfast and getting ready for school.

I like looking at flowers. I’m always excited to find pretty flowers but know that we are not supposed to pick them. But the petals that already fell down are okay to pick up.

The rain had let up by the time Mommy picked me up to go home so we had no need for umbrellas or rain gear.

When we got home I made sure to store origami strawberries that I had picked at at school in the safest place I know: my Mercedes storage bin.

It was rainy today so we couldn’t go outside. But that was fine with us because our teachers set up some indoor strawberry picking for us. I picked some very delicious looking strawberries! We pretended to eat the strawberries and feed them to each other. Open wide, aaahhh!

It was rainy this morning and I was so happy to be able to wear my rain coat and rain boots.
