Musical performance

There was a small musical performance in part of our local art museum so we went to check it out. It was pretty cool. The two musicians played a guitar and accordion and sang a bunch of songs. I knew a few of them and other were new to me. It was a fun musical experience. Even though I didn’t […]

Clear day

Today was a very clear and sunny day. At the park I noticed that there were no clouds in the sky. I asked my teacher, “Where did the clouds go?” She responded, “I wonder where they went. Where do you think they went?” To which I answered, “They probably went home.”

Hard sand

When we got to the park today we found that the sand was really hard. I told my teacher this and she appreciated the report. I then used the shovel to soften it up enough to play with. But at one point my friends and I got distracted and started playing in other ways.

Burglar shirt hat

Today’s shirt hat looked like a Japanese burglar. Why this is how a burglar is portrayed I don’t know.

Daddy’s poopy video

Apparently Daddy made a funny video using a poop avatar and sent it to Mommy long ago. Mommy thought it was hilarious. Guess what. So did I!

Train crossing

We played train crossing at the park today. Our teacher or student would hold their arm out like a railroad crossing arm and we would wait until it opened before crossing.

Baby Yoda shirt hat

Today’s shirt hat kind of looked like Baby Yoda, you know because of the green shirt and ears.

Being a good friend

Today at school I noticed one of my friends was crying. He was sitting in a chair and looked very sad. I went over and sat next to him and began stroking his arm to help him feel better. There are more and more moments like this at school where I show my empathy for my friends. It is

Crossing the street, checking the Christmas tree and sandbox

On our walk we were very good when crossing the street. We followed our teachers’ instructions and made sure we crossed safely. On our walk we stopped by to check out a Christmas tree near the train station. It was a lot bigger than my Christmas tree at home, but I like my ornaments a lot better. Once

Brushing my teeth

Usually Daddy brushes my teeth in the morning but I felt like doing it by myself today. I think I did a pretty good job. Daddy did some brushing too, just to be safe.

Checking out some old-school J-pop

We were having one of our very fluid conversations today and somehow we got to a point when we were talking about certain dancing moves. So, Daddy looked up some old-school J-pop on his phone. I was interesting but also not interested.

Aerobics at the park

Just walking to the park and playing was not enough exercise for me and my friends. We also had to get some aerobics in. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. I must have overdone it because on the way back to school my legs were dragging. My teacher asked me if I wanted to ride in the

Christmas Tree

Today we got into the Christmas spirit and decorated our Christmas tree! I’m getting better at it every year. For one thing, I can reach higher every year so I can cover more of the tree. But also I’m better at finding the best branches to hang the ornaments. I was nice enough to let Mommy help me

Shopping reward

After shopping, we like to take a break and relax. Mommy gets Starbucks and I get a juice box. Yum!

Grocery shopping

Shopping time. What do I need next? Hmmm. Oh, it looks like a sale!

Window (car) shopping

Today we went shopping for a new jacket. I didn’t like the other jackets I tried on so when we found the exact same jacket that I have now in a larger size I was thrilled. This is what I like and I’m sticking to it. But while shopping for my jacket, I decided to do some window

A lot of cars

As you know, I love cars, and just about any vehicle. I have acquired quite a collection. I’d like to say that I have enough, but I don’t believe a lot will ever be enough so I suspect that my collection will continue to grow.
