It was another rainy day so we couldn’t go for our walk again today. It was okay because our teachers grabbed some mats and we had fun jumping and tumbling around.

Today my nursery school has a field trip to the zoo. I couldn’t go on the trip last year because I had a fever. But this year I definitely didn’t want to miss out. The zoo was a bit far so we had to take a couple of subway trains to get there. I did not mind at all. In fact I loved taking the train and I thought this was the main event of the day. I would have been satisfied if all we did was ride the train.

I rushed to the entrance to greet Daddy when he came home from work today. He’s been working late a lot lately with his new position at work. But he always dedicates all his time to me once he gets home. He’s my buddy!

I am not a fan of rainy days. We don’t get to go to the park and going to school and heading home is a bit of a chore. Mommy or Daddy have to carry me while holding an umbrella, which is not easy. Luckily it wasn’t raining to hard today so Mommy and I managed to get home without getting wet.

We had our English lesson today and as usual I was a very good and attentive student. I like listening, learning, and singing. Today we learned about family and body parts in English. Naturally, I understood almost everything. I was easily able to answer questions when called to the front of the class.

We also had sticker time since we couldn’t go for our walk because of the rain. Look at the concentration.

Mommy made delicious looking dinner for me and I couldn’t wait to eat it all up!

We had a birthday party at school today and I was one of the birthday boys! I was really happy! But I was not so thrilled about wearing my crown. My teachers managed to snap a picture of me with it on but I took it off right after. I did like the fact that it and my card was decorated with strawberries.

We went for a walk today and saw some dandelions. Our teacher showed us how to puff and make the seeds go flying. I tried to do it myself but wasn’t quite able to get them to fly off.

I went back to school today after several days staying at home with Nana and Papa. I was happy to see my teachers and friends again. I was also surprised and thrilled to see some decorations put up for my birthday month.

Today we had an English lesson and I was a very good and attentive student. I even got up in front and answered some questions. Of course I got them right!

Nana and Papa are heading home. I’m so happy that they were able to visit. We had such a great time together and made many great memories. I love them so very much! Thank you for taking care of me, Nana and Papa, and have a safe trip home!

Mommy and Daddy are heading off to work and Nana and Papa will be watching me again today! Yay! We have a lot of fun planned today because this is Nana and Papa’s last day here. They are heading home tonight. I know that I will miss them a lot and I will look forward to seeing them again.

It was truly a great Mothers’ Day! We all had so much fun together and it is a shame that the day has to end. Mommy, Nana, I hope you had a great day as well!

So Nana was reading a book to me and I just needed to touch her face. No explanation, just needed to do it. That is all.

We all went to the park today! Usually when we go to the park I mainly play with Daddy. Today was no exception. Daddy and I ran around, rode some rocking bugs, and had fun little mini adventures. We even did some butterfly hunting.

Mommy was taking pictures and videos of us while Nana and Papa seemed to enjoy just watching me have fun in my element. I wasn’t ignoring them or anything, it is just that Daddy is my goto playmate, especially on the weekends at the park. I was really happy that Nana and Papa were there watching me, and I would look over at them from time to time to make sure they were still there.
