Spoon key, chair lock
I’ve watched Mommy and Daddy use keys and locks before, so I figured that I should try to use my own keys on my own locks. It just so happens that the handle of my spoon fits perfectly into the slot in my chair. Nothing opened or unlocked, but it was worth a shot. MoreContinue reading “Spoon key, chair lock”
Helping around the house
I like to be helpful when I can. Mommy had to work today so it was just me and Daddy at home. I thought it was the perfect time to help around the house.
Taking it easy and watching bubbles at the park
Bowing
Greetings are very important in Japanese culture, so Mommy and Daddy have been teaching me to say “Good morning”, “Good afternoon”, and “Good evening”. Since I’m still not speaking they are also teaching me to bow. Today I finally picked it up. For some reason I chose to do my first greeting bow with aContinue reading “Bowing”

Mommy taking me home from school
Even though I’m always very expressionless when being picked up from school by Mommy, of course I am very happy. I like school a lot, but there is no place like home! I can’t wait to get there!
Buggy ride
When we go for our walks at nursery school, the older kids get to walk, but us little ones ride in the buggy. I can’t wait until I can walk on my own. It looks like a lot of fun! Imagine all the new things I’ll be able to see!
Hippo slide
I’m getting much better and putting shapes in the holes of my activity toys. But after a while that can get a little boring. So I came up with a new way to play with my hippo slide by putting my Lego Duplo people into the shaped holes and letting them slide out. I discoveredContinue reading “Hippo slide”

Brushing my teeth before bed
I really like brushing my teeth! The toothpaste tastes really good! So I eagerly brush my teeth right before bed. The hard thing is getting me to let go of my toothbrush when I’m done. Like I said, the toothpaste tastes really good.
Putting my chair away
I try to be a good boy and put away my things when I’m done with it, but I just can’t seem to get around to it when it comes to my books and toys. Because you never know when I might revisit them. But I use my chair on a schedule, so I knowContinue reading “Putting my chair away”
Nap to bubbles
I fell asleep during our walk today at school. But I popped awake when I realized everyone was playing with bubbles!
Rattle on the way to school
I didn’t want to let go of my rattle this morning, so I brought it with me on the way to school, rattling all the way. I obediently handed it over to Daddy when we got to school so that he could take it back home for safe keeping. Mommy made it for me andContinue reading “Rattle on the way to school”
Brushing and sweeping
I like to help Daddy brush his teeth. It only seems fair since he helps me brush my teeth. But I think I have more fun helping him. I like it so much that some mornings I remind him that it is time to brush his teeth. I’ll make urgent noises and point to theContinue reading “Brushing and sweeping”

Just one more book before bed
Tight squeeze
Stick around to the end of the video to see find myself in a tight squeeze. Actually, I put myself in the position. Why? I can’t really say.
Trying to open wet wipes container
Why do they make these we wipe containers so hard to open. They should know that it is not very accessible for little babies. Why would they make it so difficult? Oh, that’s why. Okay, carry on.
