I wanted a sandwich for lunch today, but it ended up being an open-faced sandwich because I took it apart and ate everything separately. I still cleared my plate and all the food ended up in my tummy so alls well that ends well.

There was a emergency preparedness exhibition today in the city so we went to check it out. There were emergency vehicles that were really cool. I could have worn a child-sized firefighters outfit, but I was not feeling like dressing up. Instead I just enjoyed looking at all the vehicles. I was being silly today and wanted to taste a lemon. It was sour. Big surprise. It was totally my idea and I don’t regret it at all. It was quite refreshing.

Sometimes I just need to hold Daddy’s hand. Today we were riding the subway when I reached over and grabbed Daddy’s hand. There wasn’t anything scary or the like, I just felt like holding Daddy’s hand.

What a busy morning. Time to relax with the iPad.

My new thing when taking a bath is to get a shirt hat. That is where Mommy or Daddy takes my shirt and turns it into a hat. I’m so proud of these hats that I have to go out and show it off. By the way, don’t I look like a girl in this picture. So pretty!

Usually I am carried most of the way to school and walk at the end. Today, I didn’t feel like walking so I asked Daddy to give me a piggyback ride instead. He agreed and it made my day.

Sometimes I’m actually ready for school early and have a bunch of time to play. So that’s what I do. This morning I changed Ao-kun’s diaper, played with my cars, and watched a song on Daddy’s phone. All before it was time to leave for school.

At the park we ran around a lot and looked for acorns. I didn’t find that much this time, but it was fun looking for them.

We have a little bench at school where we sit to take off and put on our shoes. Today I rode it like a bus and shinkansen.
